When booking for a full week’s hire, we do kindly offer a 10% discount.
A non-refundable deposit of £99 is required at the point of booking to secure the dates with the full balance due 7 days prior to the hire start date. Payments can be made using bank transfer. All prices are shown in GBP. Look out for our special offers on the website. A security deposit of £500 will also be taken on the day of collection. This must be paid by the Hirer via bank transfer (which must be cleared on the day of collection) cash is not acceptable.
The security deposit will be released/refunded within 7 working days of the end of the hire period providing the terms and conditions of the hire have been met, subject to a final audit/vehicle inspection. The deposit is paid directly back into your account.
Should any loss be incurred and exceed the security deposit, the Hirer will be responsible in settling the additional costs, similarly if any damages incurred do not exceed the security deposit (ie; damage of £100) Rolling Homes Camper Hire will only charge for the necessary amount and the deposit deducted accordingly (ie; refund of £400 as an example). ***Please also see insurance terms and conditions for all costs covered in the event of a claim***.
